1. Service Description

Creative Logo Studio provides custom graphic design services, specifically focusing on festival and special day social media posts for businesses. We deliver these posts directly to you via WhatsApp or our platform.

2. Subscription and Payments

• All payments must be made in full before the commencement of services.
• Subscriptions are billed on an annual basis according to the package selected.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing, but changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

3. Design Revisions

Revisions are subject to the terms of your specific package. Template-based festival posts are generated automatically with your logo and cannot be heavily modified individually. Custom promotional posts include up to two rounds of minor revisions.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final graphics for your marketing purposes. However, the underlying templates, assets, and source files remain the intellectual property of Creative Logo Studio.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time in an annual billing cycle.
